10. Great blurs to give it a more universal feel. |

Love this real quality and city black-and-white with a blur. I also like the fact that you set up the homeless gentlemen in exactly the right spot in the photo. The viewers ayes go from the blur on the left to the graffiti which is in perfect focus-amend the homeless gentlemen below were you tried to stop and look at the face which is up obscured by the figure on the right. The whole thing makes for greater entry |

The photo really speaks to me, how the homeless become invisible. You have done a wonderful job and I can offer nothing that would make this image any better. 10 |

an unfortunate situation, however photographically speaking the motion makes this work for me - nice capture |

I originally voted this lower... but immediately reconsidered. I love how you have the motion blur on the passers-by.... really turns them into "passers-by". Reveals the indifference in them. Great execution of the shot. 10, and I hope you ribbon on this. |

I really like this idea, and I think it would be even cooler with a longer exposure (if he can stay still that long)! |

Several photos of this same idea, and this is the best I think. (So far)

Nice shot...and in my opinion, the motion blur answers the question why. |

the two blurred subjects are distracting. would have been a fantastic shot with just the guy lying in the street. decent, anyway. |

fine use of technique to editorialize a photo, gives a bit of insight into the whole grafiti/urban/homeless phenomenum, who really gets a chance to focus on anything but our own problems, our own dream worlds, and the blur of the world? |

Love this - it really captures how others are too busy to notice the homeless. Nice work! Nice contrasts too. |
