High Speed Ride.jpgby cycleboyComment by twmax: You really captured the effort he is making. Jens is one of my favorite riders. He always seems to be in the mix of things. |

Serene Dawnby cycleboyComment by goc: very good, but ... more contrast and more saturation would make it even better |

Serene Dawnby cycleboyComment by Ivo: Very serene! I think the shot is really well balanced and had the tones of the sky balanced the rest of the image, I'd score higher. Either way, you got a good score from me. Good luck! |

Audispeed.jpgby cycleboyComment by baco99: NICE! I love seeing the glow from the brakes. Your timing is impecable as the car had to have been slowing rapidly for the brakes to have so much energy pass through them. The feeling of speed and power is definitely there. |

Audispeed.jpgby cycleboyComment by Azrifel: Nice capture. I love Le Mans prototypes. I should go to Le Mans again, but last time I suffered from terrible hayfever and got terribly sick at the track. Also when you look on your clock at 4.00 in the morning you think: "Sheesh, they are only halfway". :) We broke into a foodshop's tent to sleep on the tables for a couple of hours and got kicked out again at 6.00. :)
Best time is when the sun comes up, the people are asleep, being sick or silently thinking what the hell happened the night before. Only the raw sound of the engines reverbing around the track, a special time. Soon after that the buzz begins again, the funfair starts up and the speaker starts blasting trough the mike and Le Mans is awake.

Audispeed.jpgby cycleboyComment by dwterry: The brakes really do that?!? AWESOME! Without a capture like this one would never know. Love the panning/motion capture. Very well done. |

A full complementby cycleboyComment by macrothing: 5 - Nice, but would like to have seen some of the yellow in focus as well, perhaps a slightly different angle to showcase the two, not sure. Difficult, but also 'less green'. A slight variation in composition - more off-centered, or otherwise more centered, may have also given this a little extra, not sure. Looks like you tweaked the colors to get the hue right for the Challenge, if so, seems quite well done. |

Storm-Rainbow3.jpgby cycleboyComment by sherpet: As a thumbnail this is really striking, but when blown up, it looses some of its appeal.
Maybe look at the noise levels, and see if you can reduce it somewhat. I still love it, as it has a strong "surreal" appeal to this image..... I like what you are doing, as thats is how we learn and improve..... |
