Great response to the challenge...may be cropped a bit too much at bottom but really like this one!

Comment by KevinRiggs:
I like this from a photojournalistic angle but some of the whites in the lower righthand third appear to be very hot. The rest of the image looks to have solid color saturation and good depth (nice separation in the hair color of the individuals to the left of the green jacket). Not sure much could have been done to limit the severity of the white areas.

A dramatic moment - I crop down from the left - come in closer to tha man who is giving instructions and loose the folks without fur coats. crop in a bit from the right to give the feeling that there are perhaps moe people lidtenning to him hiding the fact that the gray coated woman is the last one there.

Either you didn't want to be a photojournalist, or you weren't comfortable approaching them, but I'm sure you could have gotten some of them to pose for their cause. 5 -danny

I see the hint of a message, but I also see a bland composition.

Comment by amsmyth:
this image really takes time but it's worth it...it's busy but the central subject is well portrayed - good light, clarity, sense of impairment 7

Comment by BeingClever:
Given that the man appears to be homeless and he's eating something in a paper bag beside brightly coloured signs about eating and drinking, you definitely would have had a more powerful image had you captured the subjects face. I realize that street shots are tricky though and who knows if this was an option. Kudos for skipping the staged shot and taking the more unpredictable route.
