    Biography: I am an art teacher by profession and love to travel and take photos. I arrived in Phoenix about 12 years ago and join a photo club/camping club. This was a great move because I met great photographers who knew where all the great photo locations are in this state. Most had large format camera and I carried an SRL. Most knew more technical stuff than I. But I traded my knowledge of composition for their help and we got along fine and I got great shots from all over the Southwest!

    Since then I have moved onto a digital camera and am ready to buy another once my savings have improved. I love to shoot landscapes and flowers. I not only have great shots of the Southwest, but also photos from my travels to Africa, Japan and China.
    Last’s year resolution was to digitize my slide collection. I actually have moved 500 photos to digital CD format! Now I am hoping to share the great one with others who share the passion for “getting it said with an image”.
