 Well.....my original concept seemed to be out of my skillset at this point in time, so I've opted to submit this so that I can at least play... :o)
This is my version of the technique the amazing Jill Greenberg produces. This is a combination of a few processes I've learned over the past year, in my search to understand how to get to this look.
The biggest lesson/secret I've learned in trying to get close to a Jill G or Dave Hill (my favorite!) 'look'....medium format camera. HA...guess this is as close as I'll ever get.

Not quite Greenburg. Maybe if you were crying and screaming and had tears running down your face it would be more like one :) Nice portrait!

I will be very curious to see how this does. Technically it is a great shot, but I don't think most will think he is a strange looking person.
