Challenge: After The Party (Advanced Editing VII)

Most of my ideas for this challenge revolved around trash, empty bowls, or cleaning up. But I didn't really like those ideas. They didn't have anything original to them, especially after the recent "Garbage" challenge. So I was going to skip this challenge until one night while trying to fall asleep after a middle of the night Cody feeding. Suddenly the idea popped into my head to do something in the "oops, did I just sleep with that person" realm.
So the night of the deadline, my wife was at a massage. After putting Cody down for bed I started setting up in our bedroom. I put the camera on a tripod at the end of the bed. A flash shooting through an umbrella was camera left (by about 2 meters) and about 7 feet in the air. Another flash was setup to shoot through a 5-in-1 reflector from camera right (about 1.5 meters). This flash was more to open the shadows on my face, so it was set a bit lower power than the other flash.
So my wife gets home, and I propose the idea to her. She thinks I'm slightly cooky, but goes for it (and even says it could be fun). So we hop in bed, and take a number of photos with different expressions until we got one we both really liked.
Post Processing:
* Crop
* Straighten
* Retouch a bunch of red spots on my arm
* Skin smooth my wife's face a little bit
* Liquify my wife's chin and arm to do a little "tucking" - this is the first time I have used this tool, at my wife's request...
* Topaz Adjust 5 - here I added the warmth, slight vignette, and drama to he lighting
* Export as TIFF
* Resize
* Sharpen Edges
* Save as JPEG |

| The expressions are great. Colors however are a bit dull. I think a different comforter could have made a big difference. |
