 I went on a photowalk through my corner of Boston suburbia, when I ran into this lonely withered flower.

Well, what are you gonna photograph in Massachusetts in winter? Definitely not anything colorful. I had to settle for something that looked like it was colorful, once. I'll have to come back to this spot in the spring and summer and see what it looks like then.

Thanks for the comments! I honestly thought this would score a little higher, it is my second-favorite image of the ones I've uploaded to DPC. I guess man can not live on bokeh alone! :)
