Last minute submission. I did a whole setup on was really going to try to work on making a nice blue background with a speedlight and a white sheet but it didn't quite work out. The image was too dark then I adjusted for it and my lizard was out of focus and I was perfectly in focus. Black and white was the only way I could salvage the image and I'm not happy with it but since I took the time to shoot it I figured I had to enter something. Expecting maybe a 5.1 with this.

This sucker would have been 6+ if you would have cropped just above yo eyebrow !

Not exactly affectionate if you're implying the man is possibly afraid, lol. Very cute nonetheless, very cool lizard; nice sharp focus. Not too keen on the negative space but I appreciate it may not have worked as well with another composition. Made me chuckle!

Great textures on the lizard.

I wonder how this would've looked in color, with more of the lizard in the frame. Perhaps lizard in the foreground and frightened human in the background?
