Evidently the prison has been freed - no longer behind bars or wearing clothes. A rather interesting sculpture. You picture does a nice job of contrasting the silver with a darker background.
What a vulgar and horrific piece of 'art', lol. The shot is Ok in itself but the subject is unappealing and the crop is a bit tight. Perhaps pulling back and showing a bit more of the surroundings would have helped.
