Thanks everyone for the nice words and an 8 from the challenge winner!Thanks Wendy,I was just happy to finish above 5 with my first entry!.I agree the shot would be better without the lights in the room showing but I wanted to show I was actually standing back from the window and didn't just paste a window onto a black background.Bring on the challenges 2012,loving dpc!

An unconventional interpretation of the theme with a big appeal and a wonderful golden tone. It deserved much more IMO.
I think it would be even better without the small light dots on the left. |

| This has great soul, for some reason, the framing and texture works well. The peripheral lights in the dark negative frame space are a touch distracting. |
