| The glare has washed out a lot of the details in the background and there doesnt appear to be any real focal point for me. |

| oooohhh, cringe, not through the window, ach! very unfortunate, you lost a tremendous amount of detail just under the sun that would have been visible if not for the dirty glass, not to mention the irregularities of the suns "halo" |

Nice sun rays!
I think that with a little HDR post-processing you can create much more appealing outcome. (without voting) |

| Beautiful light. I love doing this and I do rise before the sun, very effective in city atmosphere. |
