| I actually quite like the grass; it gives the photo a sense of perspective. I like the cropping the way it is, but that's just my personal preference. |

| Good for you! Lots of wonderful possibilities here. I don't mind the little bit of color at all. It adds some spark, but is hardly overpowering. |

| The guy who did the crack sealing must have been a bit of an artist himself! I like the lines on the right too. I kinda held my hand up to block out the grass (really technical - I know) as El-Roi suggested but I think I like that bit of color...IMHO. Neat shot. |

| Wonderful light on essentially a 2D subject!! I like the abstract lines as the wiggle through the image giving a sense of motion. Crop wise, I think it's what's on the left that ought to be cropped. I think it is the grass line meeting the asphalt. See what happens when you rotate the image to crop out the top left corner... |
