WD Brian! I agree with MacDonald and am continuously heartened that true (not zoo) wildlife images are faring so well these days at DPC. Enjoy the ribbon. |

What a truly incredible capture!! When I first saw it, all I could say was "whoa!", and it's still my reaction each time I see it.
Spectacular shot, spectacular capture, well deserved ribbon! What a way to start your ribbon collection. :D |

I am so glad this ribboned, this kind of shot is amazingly tough to get. Wow, what mean-ass courting behaviour! |

One of the most difficult shots in wildlife photography is to catch a shot that is unusual .. this is unusual and for that reason alone a lot of the rules are dismissed .. you didn't need to get the catch light in their eyes - or even show their heads .. it's a unique shot in it's composition and so deserving of a ribbon. |

Hell of a capture. Not sure I've ever seen a shot of two predators in action with zero eyes between 'em :-) Grats on ribbon! |

What an intense action photo you captured. I think taking the vignette out would be something I would like. |
