 This is a retirement home. It's exterior is quite magnificent... for our tiny town.

There is a miniature replica of the beautiful main building on the premises. I'll post some shots of it after the challenge. They both are amazing works of art.

how is it arrogance and despair, nice Corinthian columns but that all im seeing and its flat and dull and the damage on the far right is a distraction to the eye.

Arrogance and despair seem to be conflicting emotions not occurring together. The photo in no way evokes a sense of desperation but the arrogance shows through the design of these Corinthian columns.
