 During a visit to Washington, D.C., I looked out my window, and saw some very emotive architecture, Arlington Cemetery.
I paid the hallowed grounds a visit, and made this image to commemorate the visit.

It is so amazing to think that someone gave everything they could offer in the defense of a nation, their entire physical life, and we will never know the name of the person buried in that anonymous grave.

On a technical note, I have no idea why I had my ISO so ridiculously high.

certainly emotive, needs no words nor formal title (the one you chose was perfect!), so good job on that, but architecture it is not.

A military graveyard, I assume; Great DOF, nice focus on the stone in front. Fits the challenge for me, not your typical definition of architecture maybe but emotive, yes.

I thought of shooting a Graveyard, but I didn't really consider it Archetecture.
