 Actually used my lightmeter this time and it was so easy to dial it in. Had a key light at f/11 a fill light at f/8 and a gridded light from behind at f/10. Ran image through Topaz B&W "Milk memories" preset.

My girlfriend and I made the outfit out of garbage bags.

Loved the hue and the humorous French movie feel to this one.
Why French? Dunno, that's what comes to my mind, probably the idea of a girl stuck at home and wanting to be carried away, who only get visited by the trashman and the milkman.
I can almost see her dad squinting and frowning at the window :)

I've thought that myself-LOL. Not that I haven't seen cute garbagemen, but I'm not looking in THAT way. I got a good chuckle from your photo! It is well executed to fit the tone of the image; good unique concept. I just love the model's pose and expression. Nice work.

i do wish the garbage can wasn't cropped through, espeically with the amount of empty space behind the girls raised foot, seems there was no need.. still a fun idea though

Cute model! Strange pose though...

I'm not getting good, deep blacks out of the image... looks a bit light to me.

I also don't feel like garbage is the focus here, and I think that was the challenge... personally.
