Took some pictures using burning steel wool. Went inside after the shoot, 10min later I noticed a flickering light outside where I left my Camera Case. A sad day.

I did not realize that you can't see the photographers comment until after the voting. It's hard to tell what it is without the comment.
BTW, there was no color. Just burned gear...

Thanks for the votes. First submission, did not no what to expect.
Thanks to the comments, I now see how much I was focused on lighting more then composition. It looks like two images, divided by that case divider.
Well, it's in the garbage now.

I'm not totally sure what I'm looking at, I think it's a melted lens and something else I can't make out? Some interesting textures there, nice and crisp, I might have gone for colour to boost the interest a bit. A good shot overall, just not particularly eye-catching for me.

Is that a burned lens ??? What happened ???

I think that in your composition it's not clearly defined the principal object, kind of not comfortable to watch. Anyway it's just only my opinion ...
