 Difficult conditions to shoot BiF. Cloudy overcast no sunlight = no contrast or catchlight. Still I'm happy with this shot despite the lack of definition in the face and bill. The wings make up for it! The lens performs extremely well in these dark conditions.

I am trying to shoot difficult subjects in difficult conditions. The tern flies fast, is wary of the bird hide, and the light was really poor.

I've just had a look at your first two images for this SC - I'm already envious! I can't imagine what I'm going to be like by W52 when you have already captured such beauty, elegance and grace.
