 Slightly soft source image, already edited in Silver Efex Pro and then taken into PS CS4, duplicate layer, 17px motion blur and then partially removed from facial features with a dark grey brush on the layer mask.

I didn't think I would like blurry portraits..... however, after discovering how utterly enchanting this image is, I am forced to re-think my bias, and change my mind.
