For the Jan 2012 Blur Side Challenge.

I know our "puny" waves can't compete with those in Australia (or other parts of the USA for that matter)! but I like how this slightly longer exposure captures this wave at different stages of unfurling. Sky darkened, Topaz detail used on the wave (as I recall)

ETA: It reminds me of those hair conditioning ads where a woman with long hair has let it fall forward and then flips it back in one quick move!!
