 This username jumped out at me from the list since I'm a Prison Break fan, lol. I have this cute little necklace from Claire's Accessories and I've always loved macro shots of these tiny bottles with bokehd lights behind them, there are loads of them on deviantART.

Edit: Cropped, adjusted contrast using levels, upped the master saturation a wee bit, cloned out a tiny bit of hair caught in the chain, denoised, sharpened and resized.

I really like the idea here -- hard to combine "cute" and "poison" but the amulet idea and the pretty bokeh background do it for me. One of my favorites.
