| The figure in black makes a nice line of sight in this jolly shot. It does look like a party, but waugh! before sunrise?! Does that mean you also got shots of the parade? |

Slow shutter and people in motion combined get the effect of watching a very busy place in the way that you would see the action, but not be focusing in on one spot in it.
