Thanks for all the comments. I learn something with every challenge I enter.

I picked this photo out of about 50 I took because the look of the water and my son's eyes were really interesting. If I was going to reshoot it, I'd diffuse the flash, drop the exposure a few ticks and play with the angle some more.

fantastic angle to shoot from -full marks to you. The image needs a bit more work on the light and tones, but don't let that take away from a very nice shot.

his face is a different colot/tone from his skin of the rest of his body ( im guessing because of the flash or post processing) but because of this it makes the photo look like you pasted his head on someone elses body.
