 When I hear the name Winterberg, I think of a small town/area that is perpetually in the season of winter.

I managed to make my way into the Madison Botanical Gardens before it opened one Saturday morning (a turnstile exit didn't prevent entry). It was a nice morning in which the snow had just called but the temperatures were warm enough to cause patches of fog. I was expecting more fog here, but on this side of town there wasn't too much. I still walked around taking photos, when I happened upon this scene. I have photographed it before from different angles, but with the way the fresh snow was laying on the surfaces, and the ice covering the water, something was just magical about this encounter.
