 A rough go at a fake tilt shift. Some blur, some layer work gaussian, saturation madness; I like the urban feel and street lines. Who really knows?

Edit: The "straight lines of blur" are not really straight lines at all- the picture was taken through a dirty window.

Need some more stripes there I think, good to have a human element.

For me, the line between the blurred and non-blurred areas of the image is too sharp.. I can literally see it with my eye, and that creates an unnatural look to the image. Personally, I think a softer ramp from sharp to non-sharp would be less distracting.

The editing is too harsh on the top and bottom....At least for my taste
