Challenge: Free Study 2011-12 (Advanced Editing VII)
Camera: Canon EOS-500D Rebel T1i
Lens: Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II
Location: Mount Hood Ski Bowl Outback
Date: Dec 11, 2011
Aperture: 2.4
ISO: 64
Shutter: 1/541
Galleries: Nature, Black and White
Date Uploaded: Dec 12, 2011

Taken with my iPhone 4S on Mount Hood. I was skiing through the outback when I came across a grove of trees covered with ice crystals. It was up on a hill and very windblown. I sat down for lunch, then the fog settled in. To my surprise, my iPhone 4S coupled with Photoshop Express takes and edits photos much more easily then my SLR and Photoshop on a laptop. My first iPhone contest entry.

Also, the EXIF data the iPhone records is really odd. 64 ISO? 1/9 second exposure? The aperture was like 2.526069

love the story. I don't usually question the delivery, but possibly a little pulling back on the brightness would deepen the wood.

Hunting party of Grog freezing far from cave. Tribe is hungry, but no mammoth found. Thag strips tree to make famous tree bark casserole. Grog hungry, but not THAT hungry.
