Don't know if you noticed but the lipstick has run off the lips onto the face on the left corner, down around to about the center. This is very distracting with as dark and outstanding as the lipstick is. Also the lips are not outlined evenly. My understand of outlining is to even up the lips, or shape them. But that's my opinion. Otherwise the photo is clear with good tones. Just a little too bright with the lipstick. But not bad photo. It's a 5 in my opinion. PTL |

I might have preferred there be _less_ clarity. With the light at that angle, the texture of the skin pops out, when the focus is supposed to be the lips. Nit sure how to obtain this without some type of camera lens filter or with some clever post processing. I think the lighting created a hot spot on her nose too. Not sure how I feel about the lips being slightly cropped. This photo stands out a lot in the challenge. |

Great focus on the lips! If you could have cropped it just a teeny tiny bit different and kept the entire shape of the lips, this would be perfect. I love the framing of it, though. |

Nice photo, but I would have much preferred this without so much lipstick. It's so caked on, and the lipliner is the wrong colour! It ruins the softness of the surrounding skin (which is caked in powder, but still looks almost natural).
It's probably just my personal taste, but I don't like makeup very much. The only place it looks good to me is on stage. |

Great rich colour in the lips, however the corner of the lip is cut out of the picture. Overall a great shot. Well done. |

Nice intimate shot...sultry and sensual. Skin tones even and realistic with beautiful complexion. I'm bothered a little by the lips, however. First, I see multi-colored small dots in both upper and lower lips. Secondly, outline of lipstick on lower lip could have been cleaned up a little before the shot. And finally, I think that the picture was cropped too closely to the woman's left side of her mouth. All in all, if I were voting, I would give the pic a 9, cause I really do want to kiss her! |

Looks oversharpened to me. |

Great contrast, both in color and lighting! Extremely well composed also! |

the bottom lip looks just a bit out of focus. I think it would look better with a different lipstick too, one without the sparkles of other colors in it (Unless that's just light reflecting off the red lipstick that makes the sparkles show). I like the crop a lot. Well done. |

Great composition and well lit, but my wife says the lippy is a bit rough. Not that I'd know anything about that sort of thing:) |

The nose is a little out of focus. The lips are definately the center of attention. |
