I would have put a bit of more focus on the face of the man in the second plan. Maybe a different opening...otherwise nice lines.

Good strong contrasts and use of b&w. Very effective and appealing.

The exposure looks a little off. You have a very light background and a very dark foreground. Because the background is lighter it makes the eyes pay more attention to the background as the eyes automatically goes to the lighter part of an image. The shadows are also quite strong on the guy's face and some of the details are lost. Ideally the fishermen should be lighter and the background darker. It also seems to lack some sharpness.

Another fishing photo, you get the prize for best fishing photo! These guys really look like they've been fishing a few times ( I should know) This one almost tells a story. The more I look, the more I like. I looks too realistic to be posed, I think you snuck up on a couple of guys who've been fishing for a couple of hours already....
