Greetings from the Critique Club Don.
It's been a while since I've done a critique club comment, so bear with me, I'm a bit rusty. I also always find it challenging to do an in depth critique of your images for some reason I can't quite put my finger on.
I suppose it was no surprise to you to get a lowish vote, as it's totally an out of the box image when thinking of the challenge topic. I see where you are coming from now when lingering over it, but probably, had I voted in the challenge, would have also scratched my head a bit wondering how it fitted.
However, as a standalone image I rather like it. I like the composition and don't find anything to complain about concerning the black and white conversion. It made me think, which is a good thing. Therefore, in conclusion despite the low score, I still think it's a good 'un. |
