Great face and hypnotic look! Very good lighting!..maybe a tiny bit of fill on the right but that is just personal preference and might not have worked.

Yes, she has lovely blue eyes, the lighting is generally good though I think the patch over her left temple is a little dark, I also think if she had pulled down on her vest it would make for a more pleasing result.
