What a fun looking young man! The lighting is working for me on his hair, face and hands, not so much on his shoulders. Good focus on the eyes and hair, too.

Probably just my monitor, but it looks very slightly over sharpened, focus on the eyes looks a bit off, maybe a slightly deeper DoF to get sharp focus on both the hair and eyes?
