 I must say, Cody is adorable. Of course, I may be just a bit biased :).

I love this way he smiles and smirks. This photo combines his smile, with his smirk, and this raising of a single eye brow. So much cuteness in a single photo!

Lit this with diffused natural light from the window behind him, and a flash on the camera pointed back and to the left to highlight his eyes and face. I used 1/100 for a shutter speed to make sure to freeze his quick movements, and the widest aperture I could to blur the chair in the background as much as possible.

Post Processing:
* Crop
* Increase exposure
* Sharpen and dodge the eyes
* Topaz DeNoise
* Sharpen the eyes further to make up for the DeNoise
* Increase brightness
* Increase definition
* Increase vibrancy
* S-curve
* Export as TIFF
* Resize
* Sharpen Edges
* Save as JPEG

To any potential low baby-voters, you really need to try taking a photo of an 11 week old colicky baby who is only happy for a few minutes a day. It's way harder than setting up lighting in a studio for an adult portrait.

This little fella's expression is priceless. I'm not sure if he is the teller or the tellee, but I'm sure there's a joke being shared.

A very cute lopsided smile and expression for sure. Gotta love that raised eyebrow. I would have liked this one better if he had been making eye contact with the viewer, I think.
