| This is a really interesting shot to me. I think when most people think Veteran's Day, they only really think of WWII. My first reaction to the powerlines and streetlight in the background was photographic frustration, but I lingered, and now I love their presence. The tree branches on the left I'm not sure about, but the powerlines really add a mournful note to this, makes the photo, the scene very matter-of-fact, forgotten. Solid 7 from me. |
