The light looks like car headlights, shot at dusk or dawn. I like this because I like the scene, and the old dragline. The muted colors do it justice.

Interesting lighting. Composition is a bit static, but that's not a major detractor. A bit more grain in the sky and burning around the edges would have boosted the impact.
