 Jelly (I think you guys across the pond call it Jello) in wine glasses. Carfully balanced on a mirror. Fired flash at white sheet behind glasses flanked by a black sheet on either side to define the edges of the glasses.

Lighting wasnt perfect and couldnt fix the top right and bottom left bit (where you can see the midtones) legally in Basic Editing.

Good photography, but glasses are a bit boring by now and besides, I don't see the ratio. I'm voting purely taste wise and not the challenge 5
