| too out of focus for my taste. Perhaps u were trying to emphasize color and form rather than detail. |

| Reminds me of 3D posters. The blur just catches the eye trying to focus on something. Excellent! |

| this picture hurts my eyes a lot. if it was more sharp or in focus, i would give it a much higher score because it seems to be a nice composition. I'm curious of what you did. |

| very bright very hard on the eyes very out of focus... I'm guessing thats what you where trying to do. I cant decide what to vote 1 or 10 I'll give a 5 now but i might be back. If my eyes can handle it |

| The out of focus shapes did not appeal to me as I imagine poor news coverage does. Having to make sense of the absurd is my feeling regarding this image of yours. Very strange yet neon-like. Thanks! |
