 A nearby motel famous for its neon sign. There's a cute monkey climbing up the bottom of the left palm, but there was a big ugly letterboard in between that distracted from the image, so I went with this cropped version instead. The ugly letterboard is also why the crop may feel a bit tight on the bottom.

Would love to edit out those few bits of stray neon. They are from the side of the sign visible from the other direction. Alas, basic editing...

Had trouble with creativity during this challenge. It's just the sign. Point and click. No real technique or wow to it imo. Attempts to play with zoom and blur where pretty terrible. I was glad to have an attractive subject to start with though. Dying to see what other people do with this topic.

great capture, very well exposed. If you are like me, you are getting hammered by people who think signs shouldn't be in this challenge, but they are missing out on what you have captured here. a well exposed, very sharp and interesting night shot. well done.

Nothing technically wrong with this photo - the problem is that it's not a particularly interesting sign.

A good photo ... but the cropping is wrong, IHMO I would have made sure the right tree is all in frame, rotated the photo so the word motor is level, and cropped it from just above the "Motor" right across the photo, 8
