 After pretty much just messing around with a few cold cathode neon lights I have, I started doing self portraits. This was actually my first attempt, altho picking was as hard as always. The backround is the black shirt I was wearing before the shot, it's just hanging on my bed. I'm actually sitting up. One neon light is from a lamp I made, and the other was inside my computer case. The tripod was actually the computer shell which I took off to get to the neon light inside. Really would have liked to edit out a few backround spots that lit up a bit. And of course I already made a print for my gf ;-) Edits... let's see, croping, very slight flash adjustment, contrast boost, killed the red channel about 50%, and added the border.

I would have preferred just the green tone, or the blue in a diagonal across the torso, still a nice photo; great idea

Would have been more interesting if the green were a color that constrasted more with blue. e.g. yellow
