Ever get one of those shots that just comes out right
except for one minor thing and wish you could re-do it?
Then you go to re-shoot it and the darn thing is turned off!
I couldn't do anything about the crop and chose to submit it
anyway, full know I was going to get hit hard on it!!
I did re-shoot it and if you click on the Print Available,
the better version is visible there.
Oh so close....

| Fabulous colors and focus. To my mind the most well done sign picture in the whole challenge. Did you crop the bottom off or did it just come out of the camera that way. It would have been nice to not have that little bit cropped off but might have been impossible. |

| at first, this struck me as a not so great picture, but now i see what you did and i think you did a good job. however, it would be much better if the bottom of the flower was not cut off |

| I wish the bottom of the lotus hadn't been lost, but this is still an excellent shot. Good job of using the zoom for effect while not losing the sharpness and saturation of the subject. |

I really want to see how you did this. Did you zoom in or out the lense/camera while this image was being captured?
It is a nice caputre of color and is definately a neon subject. The only issues I see is the extra dead space in the top of the image and the cutting off of the bottom of the subject. It almost looks as if the whole subject could have been in the image if the camera was physically higher then it was. |

| The title is what made me click to your photo. Overlapping is interresting. I love nature yet the neon is contrasting with the sales billboard fakiness. How unspiritual visually for a theme that is usually into soulness. Even the shapes resembles the cartoon face of a monkey with pink ears, red eyes and blue jaw. Weird! Thanks for submitting. |
