Strips are perfect for this! I use them exclusively for this type of lighting. Nice explanation and nice outcome. |

Thanks! Yeah, the strip-banks are great. They give me a very narrow tunnel of light especially with the grids on. For some odd reason, the grids are more expensive than the strip bank softboxes themselves. I always leave the grids on. Congrats on your blue! Oui, c'est moi. |

Thanks Allen for the great information, especially regarding the stripbanks. They sure work beautifully. Also this shows that you also are a great studio photographer, I really admire your versatility. Congratulations on the ribbon!

Everything about this screams lvicari, from the meticulous lighting to the detailed explanation (which I always love reading!).
