New personal best! Thanks everyone.
I thought the shapes were more interesting with a shallow DOF, but can see how it can make parts of the image distracting. |

Love the colors and shapes. I'm curious why you chose such a shallow DOF, as I find the out of focus areas distracting, perhaps because the bright yellow draws my eye to those areas. Interestingly, my reaction to this issue varies by how close I am to my monitor. When I move further away than my usual position it does not bother me as much. Going to bump this! |

Such is life! This tells a story but is not something I would photograph. It macthes the challenge beautifully. Vote of 6 simply because of personal taste |
