What a striking candid. Although I haven't voted yet, this photo made me stop and do a double take.

He looks oblivious; she looks a wee bit terrified. I like how their clothes match in color and tone to the display.

Wow! What a juxtaposition. Lessons for life? Mum looks a bit apprehensive, but junior is enjoying himself.

She looks like she's thinking she can't believe she brought him there to absorb some good art and then this...... the mom who very skillfully blocked her son from seeing the painting?....orrrr the Mom who is firmly taking her son in hand and moving him away from a violent image? (which either made him scrunch up his little nose, or he's about to squack about her moving him on....)...OOORRRRR maybe she painted it to show him how bad violence is? or maybe she's the woman president of the N.R.A? probably not... they may both have ignored it and are looking at the ill-clad gallery guard....I love shots that tell stories...and let my imagination run away...10
