 Thanks all for the great comments and the kind votes too on what is really a blurry image. In the time I had to shoot this in could not find a scenic patch of road that didn't vibrate my bumpy car- nothing came out sharp.
It was hard to pull off my idea at low resolution. But one person did notice the iPhone was set to a DPC topic description, and the iPad is actually open to my favorite photography aid app the Photographers Ephemeris and is set to a location with the track of the sun and moon displayed in gold and blue lines.

First of all, this is a cool self portrait. Your face is nicely centered in the rearview mirror. Like the idea of driving and taking a SP. Lots of cool details like the GPS on the dash with a map on it, iPhone with DP Challenge on the screen.

With that said, I think I just spent the better part of an hour trying to figure out who this is. I do think this is Brent_S.
Went with the iPhone, looked like your profile pic, map on the gps (iPad?) is Seattle. Hope this does well for you.

Nice shot and well executed. Too bad the speedometer prominently indicates you are only "racing" along at about 20 (not that that detail will affect my score on this).
