 So this is actually part of the Shanghai skyline with a color efex pro filter (Cross balance)

I had not anticipated that people would try to guess what it is. Not sure I see the point to that as that sort of defeats the object of creating something abstract, but anyway it's a bit of fun I suppose. So far the two guesses are not even close.
