Love the wake lines and the puddles left behind by the oars. Great perspective and capture.
Wouldn't have minded a centered composition on this one - the wide negative space on the right is throwing the pic off balance.

I entered a similar shot in a challenge a year or two back, but you have had much greater success with getting the appearance of the water and the stroke patterns in it to look just right.
