One thing's for sure, I won't be using that style of border any more! (In my defence, it was experimental and the black border added by DPC [on all shots] didn't enhance it).

Had a lot of fun shooting this one and it was also one of the few pictures my wife has shown a keen interest in - she seemed quite concerned about wastage spillage. Heh, heh.

For the shot I fired a remote speedlight (set at 1/16 power)against a white paper background behind the glass. To get the smooth flow I had to use a tall drinking glass instead of the bottle.

I am not fond of the double border you have here. It would be ok if it were just on the horizontal, but to have the red line on the vertical really chops the photo. I like the red color and the gradient background. I feel the wine flying up and out of the cup at the top is somewhat cut off and hurts the composition. Great stop action though!

This really grabbed my attention! Loving the shape and form of the wine, and also the tones of the wine as well... it's just something a bit different and it works for me.

lol - nice title to go with a wonderful pic. I can almost hear the yell - "Waaaiiiiteeeerrrrrr!!!"
Very nicely lit stop motion shot. Love the pattern of the wine that escaped.

The border is not my cup of tea though - very distracting.

The subject and composition are screaming 6. But it's definitely worth a higher vote than that. Hope that subliminal message doesn't hurt your overall score.

The image has a lot of promise. The dual frame is a bit heavy handed and sort of breaks the elegance of the shot. A all around single thin black frame or a thicker white one would've been just enough.

I like this shot a lot! The "little globs" of wine coming off the stream are a nice touch. It is at the top of my list.

Im not a fan of the all too common wine glass swirling around a glass mid pour, back lit, with neither stem of glass nor wine bottle showing. I've seen it many times before, and was afraid I would see it again and again in this challenge. This is one of those, except it is much better than any other I have ever seen. The fluid is so dynamic and the shapes you got are beautiful, complex and unique.

Taking a tired idea and making it come alive is an impressive feat. My pick for blue.

Oh! Well done!! This is totally cool!

On my monitor, the whites aren't quite white... so a bit of brightness might have helped your score. (not voting)
