Challenge: Where's Waldo? V (Basic Editing)
Collection: 2011 Challenges
Camera: Nikon D90
Lens: Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX DC HSM for Nikon
Location: near Chateau Snaffles
Date: Sep 13, 2011
Aperture: f.22
ISO: 100
Shutter: 25 seconds
Galleries: Interior, Rural
Date Uploaded: Sep 13, 2011

I'm at the corner post just left of centre. My back is to the camera, arms stretched above my head, and my legs are placed one behind the other to minimize their appearance.

Used a tripod, remote release, long exposure (I had to hold that position for at least 15 seconds to get the light to wash around me) and of course Siggy to get this effect.

pp: RAW-TIFF conversion, crop, brightness/contrast, vibrance/saturation, desat, resize, sharpen, save for web

Well, that was too hard. <"¤"> Perhaps you should have put your arms along the diagonal beams. ;-Þ

Beautiful picture. A real challenge to find Waldo. Is there perhaps a head just visible roughly left bottom third? Where the hay meets the lowest boards?

Cool photo and I have to assume Waldo or his body parts ae hiding in the hay, possibly near the board on the right...but my eyes see not even a finger...

I've been searching for too long... I think I'm beginning to see things! At first I thought I saw a boy under the haysyack front & center but now I think I see Waldo stretching up against the corner beam...
I always love barn interiors when they are so nicely lit.

love what you have going here, nice use of lens flare and a fine composition. Sadly Waldo is too well hidden, I think I see her in the glare of the brightness, but there is no Aha moment, because I'm just not sure I am not seeing patterns in the hay. A bit more sharpening to get textures would have helped for me.
