I think this has been MANIPULATED, because I don't believe it is possible to male a heart-shaped soap bubble.

the heart seems too perfect to be real... plus the bubble over the eye seems too perfect. great shot though.

With bubbles anything is possible. Yet I think this one is manipulated.

Definitely digitally manufactured, but well done. Also, if that bubble over her eye was not added in PP then it's really good timing on that capture.
My only technical suggestion is to notice how clear the other bubbles are and how cloudy the heart bubble is. If you used the lens flare tool, I'd suggest maybe trying to clone an actual reflection from another bubble. I think it'd come out sharper that way. Still, nicely done and great idea.

I'd say fake on this, the processing is a bit much for me and the bubble over her eye bothers me.
