Ummm.... I read the challenge description. Really I did...

I wanted to do powder.

I even wanted my black cat to pounce on something powder-filled and make a spectacular mess.

I figured my husband wouldn't approve.

When I mentioned it, he didn't look pleased.

I figured it wasn't good for my cat.

I wondered what else was granular? What would be something unique?

Salt!!! Yes!! I'll play with that.

I made a big mess. I had a good time. (I wish I had a white egg cup instead of a wood one, but, oh well...)

I read the scores thread in eager anticipation!!

People were complaining about pictures of salt... Why???

I reread the description. Salt?? It was listed in the description?? Seriously?? I don't remember that!

Embarrassing...

If I knew I was picking something suggested, I wouldn't have been so blatant as to advertise it in the title! I'd at least have the decency to try to slip it through.... :D

Ah well. I still had fun.

And I still made a mess. :)

So I hope you are getting to rub this in your husbands face a little ;) I told you it would do well. In fact I think I am going to see if Art will make me up a stamp that says "It's going to do better than you think it will" Because that is what I seem to be saying to you a lot. Even the great ones have their insecurities.

I love how the grains seem frozen. Don't even need the egg, but it works well.
