| The one pigeon to the left high, I can't figure it out, it was the first thing my eye drew to on the piece, not her face but that bird, and then went thru mind, is that bird dead, whats up with that bird. And I feel a seperation of mid-tones would have helped on the lady, maybe drawing my eyes to her.. Being expert edit, you could have selected her or any parts and raised lowered anything seperate. I do LIKE this pictue, her eyes are enduring and it tells a story... just a few suggestions I would have tried.. Good Luck hope it does well for you! |

This is a nice b&w photo of a nice lady in the US! (or at least is how I see it)
Technically speaking, I would have a bit more lighting on her, and the framing a bit more open, to see what is all that on her feet (the birds, were a bit hard to recognize), her head (or hair) is out of the pic (over the black frame), and the lamp, has its base cut by the frame aswell.
